Voya Testimonials & Case Studies
Problem
When I joined Voya, there was a significant need to showcase client and employee success stories to prospects, especially on the Health Solutions side of the business. Marketing’s relationship with Distribution also had room for improvement, where the team was looking for more content to demonstrate Voya’s value prop and differentiator to clients during finalist presentations.
To improve relations and develop trust, I started conversations with Distribution to create open dialogue and understand what they need to be successful. Leveraging my experience with case studies at Empower, I gained Distribution’s confidence in developing the case study and testimonial library. I worked in close collaboration with Distribution, Compliance, Customer Experience, Claims, and Marketing Operations to develop the Voya Claims 360: Employee Testimonial video, the first of it’s kind at Voya.
Continuing the success and momentum of the video project, I’m continuing to partner with other areas across the business to push the boundaries for Voya and create content that hasn’t been seen before.

I showcased feedback from real claimants to bring Voya’s vision to life and deliver on the Distribution team’s request that has been outstanding for over 4 years. This is the inaugural piece in Health Solutions client experience library.
Renewed Testimonial Video
To build on the success and positive reception of the inaugural testimonial video, I developed and documented a repeatable process to share the impact Voya Claims 360 has on claimants.
Disability Income Insurance Case Study
By leading client success initiatives, I developed the first case study for Health Solutions to highlight how Voya’s Disability Income Insurance and Return to Work offering helped a claimant who experienced a life changing disability recover and return to work.
